Procraft Pest Control Applicators:

• Efficient Time Management
• Performing a 10-12 service route M-F.
• Provide excellent customer service
• Excellent Communication(whether it is with a customer or a coworker)
• A great attitude( we have a great sense of camaraderie within our company and hope to build upon the excellent culture we have established)
• You will be expected to show up on time and ready to work.
• You will be expected to maintain your route with minimal cancellations
• You will be expected to clean your truck and maintain your equipment 1-2 times a month.
• Most importantly, you are a good person with a kind heart A standard day of work will include getting into the office at 7:45 AM to prepare your truck for your service route.

Ensure that you have everything needed for your services prior to departure. Read notes thoroughly on your service list prior to heading to a customer's house. Maintain roughly a 30 minute average for your service durations while on your route. Upon arrival at your last service on your route, inform your service manager that you are almost done with your route. After returning to the office at the completion of your route, process your work orders for the day and then ensure that you are ready for the following day. There may be miscellaneous activities required as well. This may include tidying up at the warehouse, maintaining service equipment, updating payment methods, etc.

While we encourage you to canvas/door knock(We have very generous commission rates), it is by no means a requirement and will not impact your wages(and their increases) if you choose not to do so. However, there is always an opportunity for you to increase your earnings. Procraft operates under a biweekly payment schedule(two pay periods a month). A clean criminal record is mandatory. Background checks are performed. You will not be able to get licensed if you have a criminal record.
