Job Description

Pay:
$17.00 - $25.00 per hour + Sales/Commission Incentives Moses G Pest Control is seeking a motivated and reliable Pest Control Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest and rodent issues, recommending solutions, and providing effective treatments. This position includes both service and sales responsibilities, with opportunities to earn additional income through commission incentives. You will work in a variety of environments including residential homes and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities Inspect properties to identify pest and rodent activity Determine appropriate treatment plans to eliminate or prevent infestations Apply pesticides and other pest control treatments safely and effectively Drive company vehicles to and from job sites Communicate with customers to explain findings, treatment plans, and recommendations Generate new sales opportunities and upsell additional services when appropriate Maintain accurate records of services performed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Must pass a background check and drug screening Must hold a valid Branch 2 Pest Control License What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Sales and commission incentives Full-time, steady employment Opportunity for growth within the company
