Job Description In a Pest Control Technician position, you will have a daily route where you will treat customers' homes with various pest control treatments, techniques, and inspections. You will strive to solve customers' pest concerns while exemplifying excellent customer service, maintaining customer relationships, and providing strategic recommendations. Benefits Wage comparable to $25 - $30 / hour (base pay + servicing commissions + sales commissions + monthly bonuses) Paid training at $20 / hour Paid time off and paid holidays Health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans available 401(K) with Company Match Once your training is completed, you will receive a company vehicle that you can take home along with a fuel card to use while running a route. You will also receive either a company cell phone or bi-monthly reimbursement. What to Expect You will be treating approximately 12 to 14 homes per day. Routes will be created for you daily and will consist of the same customers for all their services so that you can build relationships with your customers. You will conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to find any points of entry for insects and rodents while identifying any pest infestations and coming up with appropriate treatment plans. You will communicate clearly with customers about any findings you have and share treatment plans, preventative measures to take, and any additional services we offer to help keep our customers pest-free. You will occasionally be required to go to our warehouse located in Centennial, CO for meetings, training, restocking of supplies, etc.
