Position Summary:
We're looking for a motivated and dependable Pest Control Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll represent Solatera in the field, helping customers protect their homes from unwanted pests through safe and effective treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect residential properties for signs of pest activity Identify pest issues and determine the most effective treatment plans Apply pesticides and other pest control methods safely and in accordance with regulations Educate customers on treatment plans, follow-up procedures, and preventative measures Respond to customer questions and concerns in a professional and helpful manner Drive company vehicle to customer locations, manage route efficiently Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records of visits and materials used Set up and monitor traps, bait stations, and exclusion methods as needed Maintain equipment and ensure tools are clean, organized, and functional Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear Uphold company standards and provide a clean, professional appearance
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable working outdoors and in various environments (crawl spaces, attics, etc.) Prior pest control experience is a plus
