But this role requires consistency, accountability, and strong customer interaction. You'll be trusted to run your own route, solve problems, and represent the company professionally every day. Day in the Life (Read This Before Applying) You'll start your day with a route of scheduled stops You'll be driving, working outdoors, and entering homes/businesses Some days are smooth—others require problem solving and patience You'll be on your feet, moving, and working in different weather conditions Some jobs require using ladders, working in tight spaces like crawlspaces, or entering attics You'll be expected to stay on schedule, communicate clearly, and handle customers professionally If that sounds like something you'd enjoy, keep reading.

What You'll Do Inspect properties for pest activity and entry points Apply treatments safely and effectively (we train you) Educate customers and recommend prevention plans Maintain clear, accurate service notes Drive a company vehicle between stops Perform light physical work and exterior/yard treatments Occasionally work on ladders or in confined spaces (crawlspaces/attics) as needed What We're Looking For Shows up on time and ready to work Takes ownership—no excuses, just solutions Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and customer service skills Able to work independently and stay productive Takes pride in doing quality work Basic Requirements Valid driver's license + clean driving record Able to pass a background check Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons Able to lift and carry equipment (~50 lbs) Comfortable using ladders and working in confined spaces (crawlspaces/attics) Willing to obtain licensing (we help guide you) Experience Pest control, landscaping, construction, lawn care, or similar experience is helpful—but not required.
