We are currently seeking technicians to become part of our team for the 2026 season. NaturaLawn of America prides itself on providing a supportive, team-based work environment that allows you to grow and learn within the company. We provide paid training, very competitive wages and standard overtime. With multiple branches in the state and growing fast, there is room for career advancement. Our typical season begins early March and continues full time throughout the year and can go as long as late November or early December . Our hours range from 6:30am - 5:00pm depending on your shift. Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays throughout the season averaging 40-45 hours a week . We are looking for candidates with the following skills/background: Operate a company vehicle safely and perform work safely Have reliable transportation Have a valid driver's license Must maintain a consistent attendance record Have a great work ethic and customer-focused mentality Have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Be able to work outdoors and complete outdoor physical work Ability to problem solve Participate in customer service training Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
