Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest activity and potential entry points Apply pest control treatments using appropriate chemicals, equipment, and techniques with safety as a priority Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for pest management. Maintain detailed records of treatments administered, locations serviced, and follow-up needs Educate clients on pest prevention strategies to reduce future infestations Drive company vehicles safely to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols Skills Strong knowledge of pest control methods, including chemical application and natural alternatives. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment efficiently Excellent driving skills with a valid license for safe transportation between job sites Sales skills to recommend services or products that meet client needs effectively Good physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Clear communication skills to educate clients and collaborate with team members effectively This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with active outdoor work.
