Pest Control Technician - Brandon, FL Friendly Pest Solutions is hiring a full-time Pest Control Technician for our Brandon location. We are looking for someone dependable , professional, and customer-focused who wants to build a long-term career with a growing local pest control company. This position involves working outdoors in Florida weather conditions, attics, crawl spaces, and driving a daily service route. Our company is known for friendly service, reliable communication, and responsible pest control solutions for residential and commercial customers. What You'll Do Inspect homes and businesses for pest activity Identify pest issues and recommend proper treatment solutions Perform general pest control services safely and professionally Drive a company vehicle to scheduled service stops Build positive relationships with customers Explain services and prevention tips clearly Complete service notes and daily route responsibilities Offer helpful add-on services when appropriate What We're Looking For Valid driver's license Clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong customer service skills Dependable, organized, and professional Willingness to learn and follow company procedures Pest control experience is helpful but not required Pay & Bonuses Starting pay: $3,400 per month Paid training Company vehicle provided $10 bonus for every 5-star Google review 15% commission on technician-generated service upgrades and add-on sales Year-round work with growth opportunities Why Join Friendly Pest Solutions?
