Job description: Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pest control services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe environment. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales ability, and hands-on skills in pest management and related fields. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues. Develop and implement effective pest control strategies tailored to individual customer needs. Utilize various pest control methods, including chemical treatments and integrated pest management techniques. Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on pest prevention and maintenance. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including products used and recommendations made. Operate equipment safely and effectively during service calls. Drive to various job sites while adhering to safety regulations and company policies. Experience Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred. Sales experience is a plus, as the technician will be responsible for promoting additional services to clients. A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
