Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Participate fully in training opportunities provided to enhance knowledge and meet requirements for licensing. Work in a safe manner in accordance with state requirements, OSHA policies and procedures, while maintaining and utilizing required safety equipment when performing duties. Use mosquito control equipment including backpack blowers (up to 60 pounds), sprayers, and other application equipment while working outdoors in heat, humidity, and uneven terrain. Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify mosquito breeding areas and conditions conducive to mosquito activity. Apply mosquito control products according to company protocols and label requirements to provide effective mosquito prevention. Educate customers on mosquito prevention and recommend ways to reduce mosquito breeding around their property. Respond to customer inquiries and requests, notifying owner(s) of complaints or issues to ensure timely resolution while utilizing excellent communication skills. Complete job documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Work a flexible schedule as required to meet weekly responsibilities, including occasional weekend hours during peak mosquito season. Maintain a clean company vehicle and operate the vehicle safely and legally. Drive a company vehicle to client sites to provide services in a professional, safe, and friendly manner.

Requirements:

High School graduate / GED preferred. Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record. Basic mosquito or pest control knowledge preferred, but not required. Ability to work independently and provide outstanding customer service. Job requires standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, reaching, handling, pushing, and pulling. Ability to operate equipment weighing up to 60 pounds. Extended hours and weekends when necessary.
