Pest Control Technician Eco Pest Control Solutions Corp Homestead, FL 33033 From $550 a week - Full-time From $550 a week - Full-time Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pest Control Technician and become a vital part of maintaining safe, healthy, and pest-free environments for our clients. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, and applying effective treatments using a variety of tools and techniques. Your expertise will help protect homes, businesses, and outdoor spaces from unwanted pests while promoting sustainable practices. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in pest control and termite management within a supportive and growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities Inspect properties for signs of pests such as termites, rodents, ants, cockroaches, and mosquitoes. Develop and implement treatment plans based on infestation severity. Apply pesticides, traps, and other pest-control solutions according to regulations and company procedures. Communicate findings and recommendations to customers. Maintain detailed service reports and treatment records. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and licensing requirements. Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments performed, and follow-up recommendations to ensure compliance with safety standards. Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot pest issues and recommend sustainable solutions that minimize environmental impact. Skills Previous pest control, landscaping, maintenance, or field service experience. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Sales or upselling experience is a plus. Proven experience or familiarity with pest control methods and techniques. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely. Strong driving skills with a valid license; comfortable navigating different terrains and locations. Excellent communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly to clients. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and in confined spaces, including attics and crawl spaces, while maintaining safety standards This paid position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their expertise in pest management.
