In this energetic role, you will conduct inspections, apply pest control treatments, termite treatments and provide expert advice to ensure the safety and comfort of residential and commercial spaces. Your proactive approach will help safeguard properties from pests while promoting sustainable practices and customer satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to develop specialized skills in pest management, termite control, and lawn care within a supportive team environment. Responsibilities Perform thorough inspections of properties to identify pest activity and potential entry points Apply pest control treatments using appropriate chemicals, tools, and techniques in compliance with safety regulations Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and ongoing maintenance plans Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, observations made, and follow-up actions required Operate hand tools, power tools, and pest control equipment safely and efficiently Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols Assist with general pest control services, termite treatments, wild life and lawn care tasks Requirements No experience needed Prior experience or knowledge in pest control, lawn care, termite control, or agriculture is highly desirable Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and pest control equipment safely Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for vehicle operation responsibilities Strong physical stamina to perform inspections and treatments in outdoor environments Excellent communication skills to explain services clearly and professionally to clients Willingness to learn about pest management techniques and safety procedures Basic understanding of sales principles is a plus for promoting additional services or products
