Job Description

Wildlife Removal Technician - Miami-Dade Area Palm Beach Wildlife Services Full-Time | Four 10-
Hour Days Per Week Pay:
$20-$24/hr based on experience Palm Beach Wildlife Services is hiring a field technician to cover the Miami-Dade area. This is hands-on field work helping homeowners and businesses solve wildlife problems through inspections, trapping, exclusion, repairs, cleanup, and customer education. This is not a desk job. You will work in attics, on ladders, outside in South Florida heat, and at customer properties throughout the day. We are looking for someone dependable, professional, comfortable with tools, and willing to learn the right way to do wildlife removal and exclusion work. What You'll Do Inspect homes and businesses for wildlife entry points, damage, droppings, nesting, and animal activity Set, check, and remove traps according to company procedures and Florida rules Perform exclusion work to seal entry points and prevent animals from returning Handle common South Florida nuisance wildlife issues including raccoons, rodents, opossums, iguanas, birds, bats, and snakes when applicable Take photos, document work, and communicate clearly with customers and the office Use ladders, basic hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment Keep your truck, tools, and job sites clean and professional What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, roofs, ladders, and hot outdoor conditions Good customer service skills and a professional attitude Basic tool/construction ability Able to lift 50+ lbs and work independently Reliable, punctual, and honest Wildlife removal, pest control, roofing, handyman, construction, or field service experience is strongly preferred Spanish or Creole is a plus FWC nuisance wildlife experience, FDACS pest control credentials, NWCOA training, or animal handling experience is a plus, but not required Schedule Full-time schedule: four 10-hour days per week . Route will primarily cover Miami-Dade and nearby South Florida areas.
