Pest Control Technician

Pest Control Technician Clements has been a family owned and operated pest control provider for 64 years, with four locations throughout south and central FL. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Pest Control Technician at our Orlando branch. This candidate will also be cross trained in general household pest control, rodent control and termite applications to expand their career development. We are looking for an enthusiastic, upbeat individual who can manage their own scheduling/ routing, is in strong physical condition, and works well with customers. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the Clements' policies, and be quick to learn our services and best practices for pest control treatments. This is a great role for an independent, self starter that enjoys working with customers in a client facing role. This is a full time position of 40 hours per week and will report directly to the Regional Branch Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1-3 year experience in pesticide applications or other similar duties.
• Valid Florida driver's license.
• High School diploma required. College experience preferred. Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:
• Diagnose and properly treat homes for routine preventative pest control.
• Detailed inspection of all work for quality control.
• Comply with company, state, and federal safety procedures.
• Ability to speak with customers to explain application procedures and answer questions.
• Respond to service call backs.
• Report any issues or problems to regional manager.
• Complete internal reports as requested by manager.
• Attend and complete training and meetings as required.
• Perform other duties as required by management.

Physical Demands:

• Constant mobility including walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling, balancing, stretching and standing for short periods.
• Daily physical labor
• Lifting up to 50lbs

Environmental Factors:

• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• May withstand seasonal conditions such as heat or rain.
• Exposure to vegetation, dust, dirt and insects.
