What You'll Do:

Perform high-quality pest control services for residential and some commercial customers (general pests, termites, rodents, etc.). Conduct thorough inspections, identify issues, and recommend effective solutions. Sell additional services and preventive treatments to existing and new customers — your sales skills directly boost your income . Maintain detailed records in our routing software. Deliver exceptional customer service that turns one-time jobs into loyal, long-term clients. Work independently on your route while being fully supported by the team.

What We're Looking For:

Clean driving record (must be verifiable — this is important because you will take the company vehicle home). Clean background — must pass drug screen and criminal background check. Experience in pest control, sales, customer service, or related field is a big plus, but we train motivated people . Ability (and desire) to sell — you're comfortable talking to homeowners and closing on solutions. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, professionalism, and physical fitness to handle a full day's work outdoors. Clean, valid driver's license.
