In this energetic role, you will apply your expertise in pest management to protect residential, commercial, and agricultural environments. Your proactive approach will help ensure safe, effective pest control solutions while maintaining the highest safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your technical skills and passion for pest management to make a real difference in clients' lives and property health. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest activity and entry points using hand tools and specialized equipment. Apply chemical agents safely and effectively, adhering strictly to pesticide management protocols and chemical handling safety procedures. Implement integrated pest management strategies that combine chemical treatments with physical barriers, trapping, and environmental modifications. Perform confined space entry safety procedures when accessing hard-to-reach areas such as crawl spaces or attics. Use ladders, power tools, farm machinery, and other hand tools to access and treat affected areas efficiently. Maintain detailed records of treatments administered, chemicals used, and pest activity reports for compliance and follow-up. Educate clients on pest prevention techniques, landscaping practices, lawn care, farming methods, and general property maintenance to reduce future infestations. Qualifications Proven experience or training in pest control, entomology, or related fields such as agriculture, farming, landscaping, or lawn care. Knowledge of pesticide management, chemical agent handling, respiratory protection equipment, and ladder safety procedures. Familiarity with integrated pest management principles and confined space entry safety procedures. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely and effectively. Strong understanding of pest control techniques combined with excellent problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with driving company vehicles preferred. Excellent communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly to clients and team members.
