Pest Control Sales & Service Representative This position combines professional pest management with relationship building and sales. You'll manage an established service route while helping grow your territory through customer referrals, additional service recommendations, neighborhood canvassing, and lead generation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, helping customers, and increasing their income through productivity and sales. Responsibilities Perform scheduled residential and commercial pest control services. Inspect homes and businesses for pest activity. Recommend solutions that best serve the customer's needs. Upsell additional services when appropriate. Generate referrals and leads from existing customers. Canvas neighboring homes after appointments. Maintain accurate service documentation. Build positive customer relationships. Generate positive online customer reviews. Safely operate and maintain a company service vehicle. Manage your route efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service. Compensation & Benefits Production pay plus sales commissions. Experienced Pest Control Technician Are you an experienced pest management professional or retired technician looking to continue doing what you enjoy without working a full-time schedule? We're seeking an experienced technician interested in working approximately three days per week while enjoying the flexibility of a smaller, family-owned company. Responsibilities Perform scheduled pest control services. Provide exceptional customer service. Identify opportunities for additional services. Generate referrals and neighborhood leads. Maintain service documentation. Operate independently with minimal supervision. Compensation Production pay plus sales commissions. Average earnings equivalent of approximately $22-26 per hour or more based on productivity and performance. Additional sales commission opportunities. Company uniforms. $75,000- 90,000 annually.

Previous pest control experience (preferred but not required). Sales or customer service experience is a plus. Willing to train the right individual.Part-Time Territory Route Manager Required:
Extensive prior pest control experience. Ability to work independently. Ideal for experienced or retired pest management professionals.Outside Sales Representative Required:
Proven history of successful sales performance. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.Preferred:
Pest control or termite sales experience. Minimum Requirements (All Positions) Valid Florida Driver's License. Clean driving record. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Professional reference check. Professional appearance. Excellent communication skills. Strong work ethic. Positive attitude. Reliable and dependable.
