About Us Savings Pest Control provides residential and commercial pest control services throughout South Florida. We're a growing, family-owned company focused on reliable service, honest pricing, and long-term customer relationships. Job Overview We're looking for a licensed (or license-eligible) Pest Control Technician to perform inspections, treatments, and follow-up services for residential and commercial customers. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in doing quality work, enjoys working independently in the field, and wants to grow with a company that's expanding. Responsibilities Apply fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides according to state regulations and company standards Diagnose turf and ornamental issues (insects, fungus, nutrient deficiencies, weeds) after training Perform scheduled maintenance routes daily with accuracy and professionalism Inspect properties and report lawn health conditions electronically Communicate service notes and recommendations to customers when needed Track material usage and keep accurate treatment records Operate company vehicle safely and maintain equipment cleanliness Follow all safety, chemical handling, and PPE protocols Skills Perform scheduled pest control treatments (general pest, termite, rodent, lawn/ornamental as applicable) at customer homes and businesses Inspect properties to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate treatment plans Apply pesticides and treatments safely and in accordance with state regulations and label instructions Communicate clearly with customers about findings, treatments performed, and prevention tips Maintain accurate service records and complete documentation via FieldRoutes (our field service software) Manage a daily route efficiently, arriving on time and completing all scheduled stops Restock and maintain truck inventory (chemicals, equipment, supplies) Follow all safety protocols for handling and storing pesticides Identify upsell opportunities (e.g., termite protection, lawn care) and communicate them to the office Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally Requirements Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred) Must pass background check Compensation & Benefits Competitive Full Time Salary(based on experience) Bonuses available based on production & performance Company vehicle and equipment (for scheduled routes) Company phone/tablet for service reporting Paid training and certification support Growth opportunities as territory expands Paid Holidays Training & Certification Full onboarding provided (equipment, chemicals, safety) Paid state training if licensing is pursued Schedule - Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturday availability as needed
