We're building a world-class pest control business from the ground up, and we're looking for a founding Certified Operator to build it with us. This is a founding operator role with real ownership
not a clock-punch job.

What you'll do: Serve as our Certified Operator-in-charge (FDACS Ch. 482), genuinely running and overseeing all pest control operations Service all of our initial customers homes until we hire our first technichian Help shape how we operate, train, and grow What you bring: Active Florida Certified Pest Control Operator certificate (GHP required; L&O/WDO a plus) Pride in doing the job right and treating customers like neighbors The mindset of an owner, not an employee What you get: $65,000
