Our team delivers more than a service. We deliver peace of mind. As a Commercial Sales Technician, you will be on the front lines identifying problems, building trust with clients, and providing customized solutions that protect their property and reputation. Position Overview Type:
Full-time Summary:
Drive revenue growth by identifying, inspecting, and closing commercial and residential pest and wildlife control opportunities. Provide exceptional customer service while developing tailored solutions involving exclusion, trapping, and prevention strategies. Key Responsibilities Conduct on-site inspections for commercial and residential properties Identify wildlife or pest activity and assess risk factors Develop and present customized service proposals Close sales and maintain strong client relationships Coordinate with the operations team to ensure service delivery Perform or support exclusion work such as sealing, repairs, and deterrents when needed Work on-call one to two nights per week and weekends as needed Core Skills and Abilities Sales and communication skills with the ability to build trust and close deals Critical thinking to evaluate situations and recommend effective solutions Problem sensitivity to recognize issues before they escalate Self-motivation and ability to manage your own pipeline Work Environment and Physical Requirements This is a field-based role that combines sales and hands-on work: Climbing ladders and accessing roofs, attics, and crawlspaces Working in various weather conditions Performing physical labor including lifting up to 75 pounds Operating hand and power tools Wearing safety gear such as respirators, gloves, and fall protection Qualifications Valid driver's license Strong sales mindset with a customer-first attitude Organized, resourceful, and efficient Ability to work independently Comfortable working in physically demanding environments Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and driving record check Willingness to obtain required licensing and certifications Preferred Experience but not required: Sales experience, especially business-to-business or service-based Pest control or wildlife removal Construction, roofing, or home services Military or field service background Customer service, estimating, or account management Why Join ASAP Pest & Wildlife Removal?
