Duties Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and agricultural sites to identify pest activity and infestation levels. Apply pest control treatments using appropriate chemicals and methods, ensuring safety protocols are followed diligently. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery to prepare treatment areas and perform landscape or lawn care as needed. Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments administered, and follow-up recommendations for clients. Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws. Assist with lawn care, landscaping, farming activities, or land management tasks to support overall property health. Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and recommend ongoing maintenance plans for long-term pest control. Skills Proven experience in pest control techniques and integrated pest management strategies. Knowledge of lawn care practices, landscaping principles, farming techniques, and agriculture best practices. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely and effectively. Strong sales skills to communicate benefits of pest control services and build lasting client relationships. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for safe transportation between job sites. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in identifying pests and assessing property needs. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions while standing or walking for extended periods.
