Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Pest Control Sales Specialist, where you will drive growth by promoting effective pest management solutions to residential and commercial clients. This energetic role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to deliver tailored pest control strategies that ensure customer satisfaction and pest-free environments. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, assessing their pest issues, and providing professional recommendations using industry-leading products and techniques. Your proactive approach and passion for pest management will help build lasting relationships and expand our service reach. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify pest issues and assess environmental conditions. Present customized pest control solutions, explaining treatment options, safety procedures, and benefits clearly to clients. Promote and sell pest management services, ensuring clients understand the value of integrated pest management strategies. Operate ladders safely for access to elevated areas during inspections or treatments, adhering strictly to ladder safety procedures. Stay current on entomology knowledge, pesticide application techniques, and integrated pest management practices through ongoing training. Qualifications Proven experience in sales with excellent customer service skills; background in pest control or related fields is highly desirable. Mechanical knowledge and experience operating ladders safely are essential. Familiarity with confined space entry safety procedures and respiratory protection protocols. Knowledge of chemical agent handling, pesticide management, and pesticide application techniques. Understanding of pest control chemical handling regulations and integrated pest management principles. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and outdoor equipment confidently. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating company vehicles preferred. Experience working outdoors in lawn care, landscaping, farming or agricultural environments is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to clients. $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
