This is a hands-on field position focused on inspecting, identifying, and treating pest issues while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced outdoor environment. In this role, you will inspect properties, identify pest activity, and apply safe and effective treatment solutions tailored to each customer's needs. You will also help educate clients on prevention strategies and contribute to maintaining healthy, pest-free environments across residential and commercial properties. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, problem-solving, and working directly with customers. No prior experience is required — we provide paid, in-person training on all services, equipment, safety procedures, and company software. Key Responsibilities Inspect residential, commercial, and agricultural properties for pest activity or damage. Identify common pests including ants, roaches, rodents, mosquitoes, and other household pests. Apply pest control treatments using approved methods, tools, pesticides, traps, and prevention techniques. Develop and execute customized pest management and prevention plans for each customer. Educate clients on pest prevention strategies. Maintain accurate service records, treatment reports, and follow-up schedules. Operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment safely and responsibly. Create your schedule with the use of company software system and complete scheduled service calls efficiently. Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory guidelines. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with clients. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to work in crawlspaces, attics, confined spaces, etc. Ability to lift moderate loads and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, and crawling. Experience in pest control, landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor is a plus, but not required. Pest control licensing or certifications are a plus, but not required — full training and licensing assistance provided for entry-level candidates. Ability to work evening and weekend hours, as needed, during peak season. Work Environment Residential and commercial properties. Indoor and outdoor fieldwork in a fast-paced, physically active environment. Customer-facing role with daily travel between service locations. What We Offer Competitive pay.
