This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, helping customers, solving problems, and learning hands-on wildlife management, exclusion, and termite control services. As a Wildlife & Termite Technician, you will perform wildlife and termite inspections, assist with humane wildlife removal, complete exclusion and preventative services, and educate customers on effective protection solutions for their homes and businesses. No prior wildlife or termite experience is required — we provide paid, in-person training on all services, equipment, products, and company software. Responsibilities Conduct wildlife and termite inspections for residential and commercial properties. Safely and humanely capture, remove, and relocate wildlife when necessary. Perform wildlife exclusion and preventative solutions to help prevent re-entry and property damage. Assist with termite treatments, monitoring, and related preventative services. Educate customers on wildlife prevention, termite protection, and recommended treatment solutions. Maintain accurate service records, reports, and customer communication. Operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment safely and professionally. Assist with crawlspace work, attic work, property maintenance, and related field service tasks. Collaborate with team members on scheduling, service calls, and company projects. Deliver excellent customer service during every interaction. Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, on roofs, and on ladders. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift moderate loads and perform physical outdoor work. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience in pest control, wildlife control, construction, landscaping, roofing, or outdoor labor is a plus, but not required. Pay:
