Inspects buildings, identifies pests and determines pest control treatment. Provides applications of chemical pesticides and sets traps or bait. Job Description

Your responsibility:
provide high-quality pest control service to a group of designated accounts in your geographical area. Your weekly meeting at the local office gives you time to plan ahead and get the necessary supplies for that week's jobs. After ensuring your truck is in good order for the work ahead, you simply follow the assigned route to complete our pest control process and, when necessary, educate clients on proper sanitation and storage practices.

Job Specifics:
Enter/exit structures, crawl spaces, climb over and on top of structures, ascend and descend stairs/ladders Read, write reports, and comprehend pesticide labels and training materials printed in English Utilize OSHA-mandated personal protective equipment Inspect for pests, pest harborages, pest entries, etc. Utilize application equipment, inspection equipment, small hand tools, and small power tools Tolerate a variety of environmental conditions, seasonal weather, damp and dusty locations Educate clients on proper sanitation and storage practices Schedule new accounts into existing established route Advise clients of the need to perform proper sanitation as part of the pest control program Interface with supervisors in the areas of sanitation and pest elimination Interface with the quality control department when needed for training or resolving pest problems keywords: pest control, driver, service, tech
REQUIREMENTS
High school education is required Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license Successfully meet pre-employment background screen and drug test Available to work Monday-Friday Attention to detail Physical ability to lift 25 pounds and navigate smaller spaces Self-starter who excels in self-directed enviornments
