Pest Control Technician

Duties:

• Perform pest control services for residential and commercial customers in the Quad Cities and surrounding areas
• Refer sales to company to earn commissions
• Work independently to complete route for the day
• Be responsible for collection of payments
• Use customer service soft skills while working with the clients
• Maintain accurate records of service performed, products used, and time spent on each job.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (No DUI/OWI and minimal accidents/tickets in the past 5 years).
• Previous experience with route driving and customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of smartphone applications and maps applications
• Ability to operate a variety of tools and equipment safely.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
