Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections and monitoring at various commercial client locations to identify pest infestations or risks. Develop and implement effective pest management solutions tailored to each client's specific needs while ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain detailed records of treatments, findings, and recommendations to ensure continuity of protection and compliance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering expert advice on pest prevention and control. Operate and maintain equipment and vehicles in a safe and clean condition. Participate in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with the latest pest control techniques and industry regulations. Educate clients on the importance of pest control and prevention measures. Required Skills Excellent knowledge of pest biology, behavior, and appropriate control techniques Skill in using pest control equipment and materials safely and effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to handle a physically demanding job, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces Good communication and interpersonal skills
