- Part-time, Full-time Pest Control Technician Premier Pest Solutions Premier Pest Solutions is a locally owned and growing pest management company serving Southwest Indiana. We take pride in providing honest, reliable service and building long-term relationships with our customers. We are looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our team as a Pest Control Technician. What You'll Do
- Perform residential and commercial pest control services.
- Inspect properties for insects, rodents, and other pest activity.
- Apply pest control products safely and according to state regulations.
- Communicate with customers professionally and answer questions about treatments and prevention.
- Complete service reports using a mobile device.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and equipment.
- Represent Premier Pest Solutions with professionalism and integrity. What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, crawl in crawl spaces, and work in attics when necessary.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- No previous pest control experience is required—we will provide paid training for the right candidate. Preferred Qualifications
- Pest control experience or Indiana applicator licensing is a plus, but not required.
- Experience in customer service, construction, landscaping, or other hands-on trades is beneficial. What We Offer
