My name is Nate Watson. I am the owner of Watson's Pest Control. Watson's Pest Control is a small family-owned pest control business right here in Topeka, Kansas. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest problems. Apply appropriate pest control methods and treatments using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment plans and follow-up actions. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and educating clients on pest prevention techniques. Collaborate with the sales team to promote additional services such as lawn care, landscaping, and agricultural solutions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in pest control. Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws. Requirements Previous experience in pest control, lawn care, farming, or landscaping is preferred. Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and pest management techniques. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to pest control services. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must have smart phone that always has data. Must have reliable transportation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Join us in providing top-notch pest control solutions while ensuring a safe environment for our clients .
