Use ladders, hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery to access hard-to-reach areas safely and efficiently. Implement integrated pest management techniques to develop customized treatment plans that minimize chemical use while maximizing effectiveness. Operate company vehicles responsibly to travel between job sites, adhering to all driving safety regulations. Maintain detailed records of chemical applications, pest activity reports, and service visits for compliance and quality assurance. Educate customers on pest prevention methods and provide ongoing support to ensure long-term pest control success. Qualifications Knowledge of pesticide application procedures, chemical handling safety protocols, and pesticide management practices. Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools, power tools, farm machinery or ladder safety procedures. Familiarity with entomology principles and integrated pest management strategies. Ability to operate company vehicles responsibly while following all safety guidelines. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude toward client interactions. Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions and handle equipment safely. Certifications related to pesticide application or safety protocols are a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
