Duties Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and potential entry points Apply appropriate pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment Develop customized pest management plans tailored to client needs and property types Educate customers on pest prevention techniques, including landscaping, lawn care, and sanitation practices Maintain detailed records of treatments administered, chemicals used, and follow-up schedules Operate farm machinery and land management tools as needed for integrated pest management in agricultural settings Drive company vehicles safely to various job sites while adhering to all safety regulations Requirements Prior experience or knowledge in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely and efficiently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for transportation between job sites Strong communication skills to explain procedures and recommendations clearly to clients Willingness to learn about different pest species and treatment methods Physical ability to perform inspections and treatments that may require standing, bending, lifting, or working outdoors in various weather conditions Basic familiarity with sales techniques is a plus for promoting additional services Join us today and help create healthier living spaces!
