Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked service vehicle containing all necessary safety gear, chemicals, and application equipment. Proven experience in residential or commercial pest control services and property maintenance. Deep knowledge of pest biology, habits, and targeted eradication/prevention methods. Familiarity with Integrated Pest Management (IPM) philosophies and eco-friendly treatment alternatives. Proficiency with modern digital field apps, GPS-guided dispatching software, and digital reporting systems. Excellent problem-solving and observational skills to pinpoint pest issues that are not easily visible. Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex pest solutions to clients professionally and reassuringly. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to travel throughout your assigned local territory. Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions, navigate crawl spaces/attics, and lift or carry heavy equipment.
