Position:
Looking for steady, hands-on work with long-term opportunity? No pest control experience needed—we'll train you. Braman Termite & Pest Elimination is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team. We offer paid training, consistent year-round work, and real opportunities for advancement for dependable, hard-working individuals. Backgrounds in janitorial, food service, landscaping, construction, or other hands-on roles are a great fit. Our technicians complete a structured, on-the-job training program alongside experienced professionals and receive ongoing support to stay current with industry advancements. We also provide a full certification program, including guidance from a board-certified entomologist, to help you successfully complete state licensing requirements and build your career in the field. Company vehicles are provided upon certification.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Determining the kind of treatment required to eliminate a particular type of pest. Advising customers on the kind of treatment required to eliminate identified pests. Inspecting customers' premises to identify pest problems. Filling out all necessary paperwork upon completion of each job. Communicating with office staff in order to schedule services with customers. Applying suitable pesticides to infested areas by following the label instructions and complying with safety procedures. Responding to customers' requests for various pest control services. Identifying opportunities to sell additional company services and products. Adjusting chemical mixtures according to the size of the infested areas.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to: Sit Stand Squat Walk Use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Reach with hands and arms. Climb and balance. Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Talk and hear. Enter/exit structures and crawl spaces. Travel up and down stairs. Climb a ladder. Use required personal protective equipment. Visually inspect for pests, pest harborage, and pest entries. Drive a vehicle.
Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license. We perform criminal background checks, motor vehicle record checks and drug screening (excluding THC). The ability to work in all weather conditions. Excellent problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Detail-oriented.
