Identifying and treating pest infestations using industry-leading products. Customer communication & education on pest prevention. Product and safety training for effective treatments. Time management & route optimization. Equipment maintenance & vehicle safety. Online training modules to reinforce learning.Key Responsibilities:
Pest Control Services:
Perform inspections, treatments, and preventative solutions following company standards.Customer Communication:
Engage with clients to explain treatments, educate them on pest prevention, and address concerns.Documentation & Compliance:
Accurately record services provided, maintain regulatory compliance, and collect payments when necessary.Scheduling & Route Efficiency:
Coordinate with the office to ensure efficient daily service routes.Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe company vehicle and tools.Training & Growth:
Participate in ongoing education and mentorship programs.Achieve Performance Metrics:

Requirements:
Prior experience needed! High school diploma or GED required. Strong communication & customer service skills. Ability to work independently & manage time effectively. Clean driving record and valid driver's license. Pass background check & drug screening. Comfortable working in various environments, including attics and basements.Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in pest control, customer service, or fieldwork. Sales or upselling experience is a plus. Mechanical or technical skills for basic equipment maintenance.Location:
