You'll deliver exceptional service by inspecting properties, applying treatments, and educating customers on pest prevention strategies. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues and potential entry points Apply pest control treatments using appropriate methods and equipment, ensuring safety and effectiveness Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments, and follow-up recommendations Educate customers on pest prevention techniques and ongoing maintenance strategies Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all safety regulations Requirements Prior experience or knowledge in pest control is desirable, but training is available. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely and efficiently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving company vehicles Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during outdoor work Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and team collaboration Willingness to learn about pest management techniques and safety protocols Basic familiarity with sales principles is a plus for promoting services and upselling solutions We're dedicated to supporting your growth through comprehensive training and a positive work environment.
