Operate and maintain specialized machinery and company vehicles safely. Communicate effectively with new and existing clients to ensure high satisfaction. Follow detailed directions and adhere strictly to safety guidelines and regulations. Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in turf or pest management. Valid applicator's license in categories: 3-A, 3-B, and 6. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and machinery in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to professional conduct. Physical Requirements Ability to lift tools, equipment, and repair components. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in various positions throughout the day. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
