Licensed Mosquito Control Technician

Job Overview:

As a Mosquito Joe Pro, you'll be helping to create safer, pest-free outdoor spaces for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing properties, implementing effective mosquito control treatments, and educating customers on preventative measures. This role is a seasonal position taking place during the active mosquito season, typically from April - October. You Will... Conduct inspections to identify areas of mosquito activity and potential breeding sites. Serve as a problem solver for each customer by listening to and understanding their needs and providing the most effective treatment and innovative solution for minimizing their mosquito population. Maintain accurate service records, including treatments applied and customer interactions. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and proper handling and storage of all equipment and materials. Communicate with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services that would give them peace of mind about their mosquito issues.

Qualifications:

You must already hold your Michigan commercial applicator license in category 7F. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage your schedule efficiently. Physical capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and a good driving record. Can pass a background check. A positive attitude.

Competitive pay:

$20 to 22$ per hour depending on experience. End of season bonus available.
