In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, treating, and managing pest issues in both residential and commercial properties. You'll play a key part in creating safe, pest-free environments for our clients while delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of pest control methods (or a willingness to learn), attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers to assess their needs and explain solutions. If you're dependable, motivated, and enjoy helping people solve problems, we'd love to hear from you. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and assess the extent of damage. Develop and implement effective pest management plans tailored to individual client needs. Apply pesticides and other pest control products safely and according to regulations. Provide clients with recommendations for preventative measures to avoid future infestations. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including products used and customer interactions. Educate clients on pest behavior, prevention techniques, and the importance of regular maintenance. Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery as needed for various tasks. Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and travel to job sites efficiently. Skills Strong knowledge of pest control techniques and products, including safety regulations. Experience in sales is a plus, with the ability to promote services effectively to clients. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for travel between job sites. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and address their concerns.
