Job Description

Brothers is looking for a pest control technician who has an acceptable driving record, valid driver's license, must complete and pass a background check, and must be authorized to work in the U.S. Brothers will provide the equipment, products, and training for the right candidate. No selling, no cold-calls and no up-selling.
Ideal candidate:
Solid work history Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with customers/supervisors/co-workers. Able to work independently but also as a team player. Follow direction from supervisors/customers and complete work instructions. Must be punctual Must be able to sustain bending, pushing, reaching, lifting (up to 50lbs.) and squatting daily Must maintain all Brothers equipment. Follow policies and procedures without exception Must have an existing license or take and pass the licensing requirements required by the state
Responsibilities:
Apply pesticides as directed by EPA Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times Detect different types of pests Document services performed Good attention to detail Maintain a professional business relationship with all customers Comply with all fair housing rules Perform related work as required Report any unusual or extraordinary circumstances Brothers offers Medical/Dental/Vision/Voluntary Benefits after 60 days Company vehicle and tools provided. Training and licensing paid for by company PTO after 90 days Brothers Profit Sharing after 1 year
