You will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and treating infested structures while adhering to safety protocols and environmental regulations. Responsibilities You will learn to:

Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify termite activity and damage. Operate company vehicles responsibly while maintaining a clean driving record. Implement integrated pest management strategies tailored to each property's needs, including baiting, soil treatment, and barrier methods. Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and inspection findings for compliance and reporting purposes. Communicate clearly with customers about treatment plans, safety precautions, and post-treatment care to ensure satisfaction and understanding. Skills Mechanical aptitude for operating power tools, farm machinery, hand tools, and lawn care equipment. Experience in outdoor work environments such as landscaping, farming, or agriculture is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly. Ability to operate company vehicles safely while following all driving laws and safety standards.
