Pest Control Technician

We're growing — and looking to add a full-time Pest Control Technician to our team. Why RedCheck? What You'll Do:

Perform inspections, identify pest issues, and implement effective treatment plans Along with pest control, tasks will include crawlspace work, moisture issues, exclusion work and other relevant home maintenance projects Communicate clearly and professionally with customers Maintain accurate service records and reports (using Gorilla Desk software) Provide follow-up and support to ensure customer satisfaction Help maintain and care for company equipment and vehicles

What We're Looking For:

A valid Registered Technician (RT) card (required - but we can help you get it!) A reliable, self-motivated, and professional attitude Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Sales or customer service experience is a plus , but not required Prior experience in home services (HVAC, lawn care, plumbing, etc.) is a bonus A clean driving record and ability to pass a background check

Compensation & Perks:
