Pest Control Technician

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Spraying the perimeter of residential properties. This role requires an understanding of pest control methods, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. The Pest Control Technician will utilize various tools and techniques to ensure effective pest management while maintaining safety standards. Duties Apply pest control treatments using powered spray equipment . Develop customized pest management plans based on customer needs and environmental considerations. Educate clients on Mosquito and Tick/Flea prevention strategies and the importance of ongoing maintenance. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including products used and areas treated. Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to scheduled appointments. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with farm machinery, lawn care practices, and landscape maintenance is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in diverse environments. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
