Job Description:
P1 Pest Solutions is seeking a dependable, driven, and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our team. This role involves performing pest control services for commercial properties, including inspections, treatments, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be safety-conscious, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate treatments. Apply pest control treatments using company-provided tools, equipment, and materials safely and effectively. Educate clients on preventive measures and strategies for long-term pest control solutions. Maintain accurate records of services performed and complete necessary documentation promptly. Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to maintain a high level of service.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Valid [state] pest control license or willingness to obtain one (training provided). Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and effectively manage time. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Physical ability to work in various environments, including outdoors, confined spaces, and at heights. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
