In this energetic role, you will utilize your skills in pest management, lawn care, and landscaping to identify, treat, and prevent pest issues across diverse settings. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure high-quality service delivery while promoting healthy, pest-free outdoor and indoor spaces. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, or agricultural sites to identify pest activity and environmental conditions conducive to pests. Apply appropriate pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery to eliminate pests effectively. Develop customized pest management plans that incorporate lawn care, landscaping, and farming best practices to prevent future infestations. Operate and maintain various equipment including spray rigs, bait stations, and other pest control tools safely and efficiently. Drive company vehicles to different job sites while adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws. Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, safety precautions, and ongoing maintenance recommendations. Keep detailed records of inspections, treatments performed, materials used, and follow-up actions for compliance and quality assurance purposes. Qualifications Prior experience or familiarity with sales techniques is a plus for promoting ongoing pest prevention services. Knowledge of pest control methods, lawn care practices, landscaping techniques, farming operations, or agriculture is highly desirable. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely and effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving company vehicles between job sites. Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy equipment or supplies throughout the workday. Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members professionally.
