Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed. Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality. Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation. Qualifications and Requirements 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred. Must be 21 years of age or older. Possess a valid driver's license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
