Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform indoor and outdoor pest control services for commercial customers Conduct inspections to identify sources of pest activity Develop and implement effective pest control treatment plans Apply treatments and install products to maintain pest-free environments Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment Customer Service Responsibilities Build strong relationships with customers through professional and courteous service Listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions Identify additional services that may benefit the customer Position Requirements Must pass a pre-employment background check Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required Must be at least 21 years of age Must possess or be willing to obtain required state pest control licensing within 30 days of employment Available to work Monday through Friday, minimum of 40 hours per week Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required Customer-facing experience preferred Skills and Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Willingness to learn and grow in the pest control industry Ability to work independently after training Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move equipment and materials as needed Position may require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, climbing, kneeling, crawling, and repetitive motion Working Conditions Exposure to chemicals such as baits, gels, dusts, odors, and fumes Required safety equipment and training will be provided Compensation and Benefits Salaried position starting at $41,600 per year , based on experience and licensing Two weeks of paid vacation Paid holidays and paid time off Company-provided full-size vehicle and gas card Company uniforms provided Company-paid cellphone Work Schedule Monday through Friday Minimum 40-hour workweek
