The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pest control services for residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of pest management techniques, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely. The Pest Control Technician will work independently while ensuring the highest standards of service and safety. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and assess the extent of infestations. Develop and implement effective pest control strategies tailored to each client's needs. Apply pesticides and other treatments in accordance with safety regulations and best practices. Utilize power tools, and hand tools as necessary for pest control tasks. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and follow-up actions required. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and educating them on pest prevention methods. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols. Requirements Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Familiarity with farm machinery, power tools, hand tools, and landscape maintenance is a plus. Strong sales skills to effectively communicate service offerings to clients. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Must be able to pass background checks as part of the hiring process. Physical ability to perform tasks that may include lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods. Schedule We run a 3 days on 4 days off schedule. During the 3 day schedule you will be working a 12-14 hour shift. starting at 6 am and working until 8 OR later dependent on the job you are assigned.
