Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues and assess environmental conditions. Apply pest control treatments using appropriate tools, chemicals, and equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of service visits, treatments applied, and customer interactions for accurate documentation. Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and sustainable practices to reduce future infestations. Operate vehicles safely while driving between job sites; ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company policies. Qualifications Previous experience but not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving company vehicles between locations. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Strong communication skills to explain services clearly and build rapport with clients. Willingness to learn about integrated pest management techniques and environmentally friendly solutions. Basic physical fitness to perform manual tasks such as lifting equipment.
