If you enjoy working independently, solving problems, helping people, and building strong customer relationships, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Manage and run a daily service route efficiently and safely. Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction. Conduct pest inspections and implement effective treatment solutions. Educate customers on pest prevention and treatment recommendations. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Manage your schedule and appointments to maximize route efficiency and customer satisfaction. Represent Orkin with professionalism and integrity in every customer interaction. Follow all safety procedures, regulations, and company standards. What We're Looking ForRequired Skills & Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Ability to independently manage and complete a service route. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Commitment to safety and following established protocols. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Preferred Qualities Experience in customer-facing roles. Route-based service experience. Pest management experience (training provided for qualified candidates).
