• Friday Will be asked to be on-call 1 week out of the month doing night and weekend runs (commission)

Job Summary:

Pay is $15/hour PLUS commission We are seeking a reliable and motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team. The technician will be responsible for inspecting, identifying, and treating pest issues for residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while representing our company in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

Perform inspections of homes and businesses to identify pest infestations Apply appropriate pest control treatments safely and effectively Communicate treatment plans and service details to customers Maintain accurate service records and paperwork Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Drive company vehicle to customer locations and maintain equipment Provide excellent customer service and build positive client relationships

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Ability to pass background check and drug screening Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Previous pest control experience or applicator license is a plus (will train the right candidate)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in various weather conditions Ability to crawl, kneel, and work in small or elevated spaces
